肝功能正常的乙型肝炎患者肝脏的病理变化

目的研究肝功能正常的慢性乙型肝炎患者,肝细胞是否存在病理损害。方法随机选取肝功能正常的慢性乙型肝炎的患者,进行肝脏穿刺活检,活检的肝脏组织进行病理学检查。结果在选取的32例患者中发现肝细胞有炎症病变29例,无炎症反应3例。结论肝功能正常的慢性乙型肝炎患者肝细胞普遍存在病理学损害。

Objective In order to study normal liver function caseswhether or not have pathogen damage of livercells.Methods We randomly chose 32 cases who havenormal liver function and after liver biopsiestissue, we send the liver tissues to pathogentesting. Results In the 32 cases, We discover livercells of 29 eases have inflatation reaction and livercells of the other 3 cases have no inflatatioareaction. Conclusion Liver cells in the normal liverthnction cases usually have pathogen damage.
