LEEP刀治疗宫颈良性病变840例临床观察

A clinical observation of loop electrosurgical excision for treatment of 840 cases of cervical diseases

目的探讨宫颈电热圈环切术（LEEP）在治疗宫颈良性病变的价值。方法对2007年9月-2008年6月在我院进行LEEP刀治疗的宫颈良性病变840例的资料进行回顾性分析。结果LEEP治疗总治愈率达95．12％。重度宫颈糜烂的治愈率显著低于轻、中度宫颈糜烂，P〈0．01。术后并发症发生率为12．87％，其中。大出血67例。术后盆腔疼痛36例，宫颈粘连5例。术前、术后病理符合率77．50％（651／840），术后病理级别下降10．48％（88／840），病理级别上升12．02％（101／840）。结论宫颈LEEP刀电切术对宫颈病变可同时进行诊断和治疗，操作简单、安全高效。并可保留患者生育功能，值得推广。

Objective To assess the value of loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP） in treating cervical benign diseases. Methods 840 cases of different cervical benign disease treated by LEEP from September 2007 to June 2008 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results The overall cure rate was 95.12 %. The cure rate of severe cervical erosion is significantly lower than mild and moderate cervical erosion, P 〈 0.01. The rate of complication is 12.87 %, including 67 cases of large amount bleeding, 36 cases of pelvic pain and 5 cases of cervical adhesion. The preoperative diagnosis of 651 cases （77.50 % ） were in accordance with the postoperative ones .The postoperative diagnosis were downgraded in 88 cases（ 10.48% ）, and upgraded in 101 cases （ 12.02% ）. Conclusion Loop electrosurgical excision can be used to diagnose and treat cervical benign diseases. It is safe, effective, easy to operated and the fertility of the patient can be preserved. Therefore,it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
