α-磷酸三钙骨水泥在下颌阻生牙拔除术中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察α-磷酸三钙骨水泥植入下颌阻生牙拔牙创后对术后反应,创口愈合的影响。方法40例下颌阻生牙拔出患者分为试验组和对照组,试验组拔牙术后即刻植入α-磷酸三钙骨水泥;对照组常规处理。患者术后即刻、1周4、周X线摄片观察;1周、4、12周复诊临床观察。结果α-磷酸三钙骨水泥能减轻阻生牙拔出术后反应,X线观察α-磷酸三钙骨水泥植入后1周时见拔牙创内人工骨定植,1个月后拔牙创基本愈合。结论α-磷酸三钙具有良好的生物相容性,能减轻下颌阻生牙拔出术后反应,促进拔牙创愈合。 Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate tile effect of α-tricalcium phosphate cemcmts after impacted mandibular third molar extraction. Methods 40 cases, who needed impacted mandibular third molar extraction were divided into two groups:one received implantation of α- tricalcium phosphate cememts immediately after leeth extraction;the other was kept vacant after teeth extraction as the control group. X-ray was taken immediately after operation, 1 and 4.12 weeks alter teeth extraction;the other was kept vacant after teeth extraction as the control group. X-ray was taken immediately after operation,4 and 12 weeks postoperative respeclively. Clinical observation was taken in the same time. Results The cases received implantation of α- triealcium phosphate cememts have less complication compared to the control group, α-tricalcium phosphate cemcmts fixed in the alveolar cavity alter 1 week, and reconstructed the alveolar cavity after 4 wecks. Conclusion α-tricalcium phosphate cememts have the effects of biocompatibility and decreaced the complication after impacted mandibular third molar extraction, promoted the reconstruction of alveolar cavity.
