摘要
既有住宅改造前评价系统(Pre-refurbishment Assessment System for Existing Residence,PASER)的开发目的是对既有住宅的改造必要性进行评价,为最终的改造决策提供参考。该评价系统包括5个一级指标,19个二级指标和90个评分点,并采用ASP(Active Server Pages)技术开发出动态网页形式的评价工具,实现了在互联网上的及时评价和数据采集。
To assist the final decision-making of existing residential refurbishment, the Pre-refurbishment Assessment System for Existing Residence (PASER) was designed to assess the necessity of the residence refurbishment. This system contained 5 first-level indicators, 19 second-level indicators, and 90 score benchmarks. In addition, an assessment tool developed by the ASP (Active Server Pages) technology was used to collect data and make assessment immediately through the internet.
