两种咪唑类室温离子液体对Te纳米棒状结构生长的影响 被引量:1

The effect of two kinds of imidazolium room temperature ionic liquids on Te one-dimensional materials

摘要 分别以2种咪唑类室温离子液体为溶剂,通过简单的还原反应制备了碲(Te)一维纳米材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和选区电子衍射(SAED)对样品进行了表征,并初步探讨了2种咪唑类室温离子液体对Te生长的影响。此外,实验中发现同时加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和室温离子液体可以得到Te束状结构。 Te nanomaterials were prepared by using room temperature ionic liquids ( [ BMIM ] PF6 ) and ( [ BMIM ] BF4 ) as the solvent. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmitting electron micrograph (TEM) and selected area electron diffraction (SAED). The effects of [BMIM]PF6 and [BMIM]BF4 on the growth of Te are discussed. In addition, Te with bundle-like shape were obtained using both PVP and [ BMIM] BF4.
