摘要
西气东输甘肃管理处有4个站场安装了引进的GE大型压缩机组,这些站场投运后,多次因消防(F&G)系统故障报警而跳机,影响了干线输气系统的平稳运行。文章针对该消防系统报警故障,分析了站场供电电源质量对PLC的影响、电源变化对数字信号的影响以及电压波动对消防系统模拟信号的影响,并提出了相应的对策。
Large capacity compressor units imported from GE Company were installed at four stations of Gansu Administrative Department of WEPC. The compressor unit trips caused by F&G malfunction alarm have happened frequently since these stations were put into operation. The compressor unit trips have given bad effect on stable operation of the trunk-line gas transmission. With respect to the alarm malfunction of the F&G system, this paper analyses the effect of power supply quality on PLC, the effect of power source change on digital signal and the effect of voltage fluctuation on analog signal. Finally, it gives the methods to treat F&G malfunction alarms.
