摘要 随着系统生物学的深入发展,出现了许多以此为基础的生物网络模拟软件和药物研发平台。这些软件平台是根据已知药物的作用机制数据,建立生物模拟平台,对新药进行作用机制和临床药效预测,已逐步成为国际制药工业新药研发的新趋势。 Many systems-based bio-simulation network software and platforms for drug research and development have been established with the wide development of systems biology. They are set up on base of the data collected from the actions of the well-known drugs and can predict the actions and clinical efficacy for new drugs, and have gradually become a new tendency in the pharmaceutical industry.
