摘要
从玉米的产、消、存和贸易等方面分析了国内外玉米动态。并以此为切入点,介绍了加快我国玉米生产发展的"一增四改"关键技术集成(即合理增加种植密度、改种耐密型品种、改麦田套种为贴茬免耕直播并适当晚收、改粗放施肥为测土配方平衡施肥、改人工种植和收获为机械化作业等)、全国玉米优势区域布局规划和全国玉米高产创建活动。最后指出,面对全球玉米供应偏紧的态势,应大力推广玉米"一增四改"的集成关键技术,全面实施玉米高产创建,进一步加快玉米生产发展,充分发挥玉米增产潜力,确保我国粮食安全及满足市场需求。
The present situation of maize production, consumption, stock and trade at home and abroad was analyzed comprehensively. And the maize integrated key technology " One-increase & Four-change" , which is characterized by reasonable increasing planting density, changing to plant density-tolerant variety, changing interplanting with wheat to no-tillage direct seeding and suitable late harvesting, changing extensive fertilization to formula fertilization by soil testing and changing artificial planting and harvesting to mechanized farming, distribution of maize superior regions, and high yield trials were discussed. Facing the current maize situation, it is necessary to promote the maize integrated key technology "One-increase & Four-change", to implement the national maize high yield trials and accelerate maize production and development to ensure food security and meet the maize market demand in China.
