玉米恢复基因的导入及其遗传效应

摘要 运用间接导入恢复基因的方法,育成了恢复型玉米自交系R178、R黄c。通过田间观察、室内镜检,证明恢复型不育细胞质杂交种JnA黄c×R178、JnA178×R黄c的恢复度达到100%,同时对其产量和其他7个农艺性状进行了分析,结果表明:JnA黄c×R178、JnA178×R黄c与正常细胞质杂交种农大108差异不显著。并讨论了间接导入恢复基因方法的可行性及进一步深入研究的必要性。 Restoration maize inbred lines "R178" and "Rhuang c" were developed through transferring a restoration gene indirectly. The restoration degree of the hybrids JnA Huang, c × R178, JnA178 × Rhuang. c was 100% ,which was proved through observation in the field and under the microscope, combined with the statistic analysis of the yield and other seven agronomic traits for these crosses. The results showed that no significance existed between these two crosses and " Nongda 108". At the same time, the feasibility of the method for transferring restoration genes indirectly was discussed.
