摘要
以西葫芦品种早青一代为试验材料,研究了不同超重力处理对西葫芦幼苗生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:超重力处理后,西葫芦发芽率和发芽指数随处理条件变化有不同程度的降低;西葫芦幼苗1000×g各处理、1500×g处理1h、2000×g处理1h的西葫芦叶片叶绿素含量增高;西葫芦幼苗根系活力处理组均高于对照组,1000×g处理、1500×g处理、2000×g处理间根系活力差异显著;西葫芦幼苗叶片丙二醛含量降低,而游离脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性得到提高。可见,超重力处理可提高西葫芦对逆境的适应性,作为一种诱变条件可用于植物的抗逆育种实践中。
Squash ( Cucurbita pepo L. ) seedlings were treated with hypergravity with different durations to investigate changes of physiological and biochemical indices. The results indicated that with the prolonged treatment time and increased gravity acceleration, germinating rate and index of squash seedlings decreased in some degrees. Chlorophyll content of squash seedlings increased under 1000 ×g or 1500 × g lh and 2000 ×g lh treatments. The root activities of the seedlings for all treatments were higher than that of the control and those with the treatments of 1000 × g, 1500 × g and 2000 ×g were different significantly. The malondialdehyde content of squash seedlings decreased. But the contents of free praline, POD activity and CAT activity increased. Different hypergravity could enhance stress adaptation of squash seedlings, which could be used in breeding.
