摘要
通过对切削力的分析,建立了数控车削铝合金的数学模型.再通过对残余应力的分析,结合所得的切削力模型,建立了切削力和残余应力的数学模型,为数控切削加工变形提供了理论研究依据.
Based on the analysis of cutting force, the model of cutting aluminum is built by CNC. The model of residual stress and cutting force is built by the analysis of the residual stress and the model of cutting force, which provides an effective theoretical basis for deformation of CNC cutting.
