摘要
为探讨PBL教学模式在妇产科临床见习中的应用效果,将2004级妇产科见习生随机分成实验组(PBL)和对照组(LBL)进行教学,以师生反映及考试成绩作为评价体系来比较两种方法的效果。结果表明PBL教学是一种行之有效的临床见习模式,有利于激发学习兴趣、提高学生综合素质,深化教学改革,全面提高妇产科学临床见习教学质量。
To deepen the clinical clerkship teaching reform in Ob/Gyn, the teaching method of problem-based learning (PBL) has been introduced in Ob/Gyn clerkship. Two classes of Grade 2004 were randomly selected and divided into experimental group (PBL) and control group (lecture-based learning, LBL) in clinical teaching of Ob/Gyn clerkship. The two different ways of teaching were compared and judged by the score of theoretical test and questionnaire. It denotes that PBL pedagogy inspires students' interest, improves the teaching quality of clinical clerkship, enhances the comprehensive ability of students and advances the clinical teaching reform.
