摘要
临床实习的效果直接影响学生的理论学习和实践水平。使用床边教学结合以问题为基础的教学模式,在消化内科的实习带教中可取得较为满意的效果。
The quality of clinical practice affects the theoretical study and practical level of students. The authors have got more satisfactory results by using bed-side teaching combined with PBL teaching mode in the department of digestive internal medicine for clinical practice students. The model is based on students as the main body and teachers as the guidance, with problem-oriented and typical cases. And it has constantly improved students' independence and self-innovation capability, transforming their basic knowledge into their clinical thinking, while enhancing their own thinking and ability. It is helpful for students' setting their life-long learning habits and methods, thus greatly increasing their learning efficiency of clinical practice.
