美国医德教育对我国高校医德教育的启示

Enlightenment of American medical ethics education for Chinese medical schools

当前,我国大部分高校医德教育还不尽如人意,效果欠佳。在探讨其原因的基础上,我们可以引进和借鉴美国高校医德教育一些行之有效的做法(注重人文教育;重视实践教学;设立专门德育辅导机构;建立合理评价制度),结合自身特点采取对策,完善我国高校的医德教育:一要注重医德教育的人文价值取向;二要创新医德教育方法;三要加强师资队伍建设;四要建立科学的评价机制。

Currently in most China higher schools, much evidence has shown that the medical ethics education has not yielded very satisfactory results. Using the experience of United States for reference, this paper analyzes the phenomenon and its root cause and proposes possible solutions： attaching importance to the humanity education and practice teaching, establishing moral education counseling organization and reasonable evaluation system, combining our own features with initiate effective measures to improve the medical ethics education in higher education such as, placing importance on promoting the humanity value of medical moral education, innovating the method of medical moral education, strengthening a high-level faculty, and setting up a scientific evaluation mechanism.
