城市周边插花地带暗娼社会人口学和行为学特征分析

CHARACTERISTIC ANALYSIS OF DEMOGRAPHY AND BEHAVIOR AMONG FEMALE COMMERCIAL SEXUAL WORKERS ON THE BORDER OF URBAN AND RURAL

[目的]了解城市周边插花地带暗娼的社会人口学和行为学特征,为实施有效的干预措施提供科学依据。[方法]对南昌市青云谱区娱乐场所201名暗娼进行匿名问卷调查。[结果]中、低档场所的暗娼在籍贯、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况上差异有统计学意义;每天平均客人数大于1个的占70%;最近1次与客人发生性关系时使用了安全套的暗娼有75%,与丈夫/情人每次使用安全套的占16.9%和37.2%。[结论]中、低档场所暗娼社会人口学特征差异有统计学意义,商业性行为安全套使用率不低,非商业性行为安全套使用率低。

[Objective] To understand the status of demography and behavior among CSW on the border of urban and rural to provide scientific evidence for the effective intervention with AIDS. [ Methods] 201 CSW working in the place of entertainment in Qingyunpu district of Nanchang were investigated anonymously with questionnaires. [ Results] There were significandy differences in birthplace, age, education, marital status between the CSW in the low and middle level of entertainmets. The average number of their sexual panner per day more than one reached to 70%. 75%of them used condoms with clients at their latest sex activities. Only 60.1%used condoms in every time and 3.5%never used them when having sex with their clients, [Conclusion] There were significantly differences in the demographic feature between CSW in the low and middle level of entertainments. Utilization of condom was not low in commercial sexual activities, but showed to be low in noncommercial sexual activities.
