摘要
用离散傅里叶变换理论,对电力系统电流相量及电压量的测量方法进行了探讨,并就采样频率、非周期分量等因素对测量精度的影响进行了比较研究.仿真计算结果表明,通过采用适当的前置滤波处理技术,在电流电压含有衰减直流分量和各种整次谐波分量的情况下,均能准确地测量出相量的幅值和相位,最大瞬时相对误差在2%以内.本文研究结果对电力系统继电保护和实时暂态稳定分析具有较大的理论和实用价值.
The philosophy of measurement of current phasor and voltage phasor in electric power system is studied based on DET theory.The effects of sampling frequency and aperi- odic component on accuracy of measurement results are compared.Simulating computation shows that the error of phasor amplitude or phasor argument will be less than 2% if proper pre—filter is applied.
