摘要
[目的]对变应原皮肤点刺结果进行分析,为治疗变应性鼻炎提供科学依据。[方法]对变应性鼻炎的患者进行11种吸入性变应原皮肤点刺试验,组胺为阳性对照,生理盐水为阴性对照。[结果]515例符合条件的变应性鼻炎患者的变应原测试以屋尘螨最高(63.7%),其次为粉尘螨(61.4%)和热带螨(40.8%)。[结论]515例变应性鼻炎患者的常见变应原为屋尘螨、粉尘螨和热带螨。
[Objective] To analyze the result of skin allergen test in order to provide scientific basis for treating patients with allergic rhinifis. [ Methods ] Skin test was performed by using 11 kinds of inhalant allergens to the patients with allergic rhinitis, patients injected with histamine were positive controls, and normal saline was negative controls. [ Results] The proportions of patients with positive skin tests were as follows： Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus （63.7%）, Dermatophagoides culinae （61.4%） and tropical aearid （40.8%）. [Conclusion] The study shows that the main allergens for 515 patients with allergic rhinitis are dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, dermatophagoides culinae and tropical acarid.
