摘要
[目的]探讨腹部B超检查在高海拔地区铁路机车人员体检中的意义。[方法]用日本东芝SSA-240型超声仪对1425名健康高海拔地区铁路机车人员,按常规行肝、胆、脾、肾探测。[结果]1425人中,检出有病者542例,占受检人数的38.04%,其中肝脏疾病414例,胆囊疾病86例,肾脏疾病31例,脾脏疾病11例。依据检出率的高低排列前5位者顺序为脂肪肝、肝囊肿、胆结石,肾结石、和胆囊息肉。[结论]腹部B超检查在高海拔地区铁路机车人员大体检中有重要临床意义,应作为体检的常规普查项目。
[Objective] The belly B super cheek meaning in railroad staff check-up in high elevation region. [ Methods] 1425 railroad healthy staff in high elevation region were examined the liver, gallbladder, spleen and kidney with ordinary method by Japanese Toshiba SSA-240 ultrasound machine, [Results] Among1425 people, 542 were detected to be sick accounted for 38.04%. 414 people were detected to have liver diseases, 86 people had gallbladder diseases, 31 people had kidney diseases and 11 people had spleen diseases. The top 5 deteetable rates of diseases of these railroad staff were as follows from highest to lowest: fat liver, the liver bag, gallstone, kidney stone calculus and gall bladder polyp. [Conclusion] The super cheek of the belly 13 has the important and clinical meaning in the large-scale health examination for the railroad staff in the high elevation region, which should be the normal regulations census item of health examination.
