HPLC Determination of Monomer in Zhidingningwan Pills

目的:建立脂定宁丸中荷叶碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,YWG-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm;10μm);流动相为乙腈-水-三乙胺-冰醋酸(45.0∶53.2∶1.2∶0.59),流速1mL.min-1;检测波长270nm。结果:荷叶碱的线性范围为0.144-0.720μg(r=0.9996);平均回收率为102.34%,RSD为1.84%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为脂定宁丸的质量检测方法。

Objective ： To develop a method for the determination of monomer in Zhidingning pill. Method ： The HPLC analysis was achieved by using a YWG-C18 column （4.6 × 250mm ; 10μm ） and using acetonitrile-water-Triethylamine-acetic acid （45.0 ： 53.2 ： 1.2 ： 0.59 ）, as the mobile phase, with flow rate of I mL·min^-1 and detection at 270nm. Result：The linear range of gastrodin was 0.144-0.720μg（ r = 0.9996） ;The recovery of gastrodin was 102.34%, RSD = 1.84% （n = 6）. Conclution： The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality evaluation of zhidingning pill.
