用于测量接触电阻的压力控制系统

摘要 接触电阻是电阻焊数值模拟的重要参数,决定模拟结果的正确性。采用PCL-818L采集卡、安川交流伺服电机、NS-TH3A压力传感器等设计了模拟电阻焊状态下测量接触电阻的压力实时控制系统。使用Visual Basic6.0作为软件平台,开发了系统软件。设计了压力信号处理的卡尔曼滤波器,提出了对压力进行分段控制的策略,实现了接触电阻测量过程中压力的稳定、精确控制。 Contact resistance is one of the most critical parameters for numerical simulation in resistance welding. , and influence the result of simulation. A PCL-818L data acquisition card is used, AC servo-actuator of Yaskawa and pressure sensor of NS-TH3 A to establish the real-time control system of pressure which used for meas- ure contact resistance in the state of resistance welding, fulfilling the design of application by use Visual Basic6.0 as platform of program. And the pressure signal is optimized by Kalman filter, the pressure control strategy is raised. Finally the design realizes the steadily and precision control of pressure.
