乌鲁木齐市10～12岁儿童口腔日常生活影响指数的测定

Validation of a Chinese version of Child-OIDP for using among 10～12 years children in Urumqi

【目的】建立儿童口腔日常生活影响指数（Child-OIDP）的中文版,在乌鲁木齐市10-12岁儿童中应用,测定其信度、效度等心理测量学特性,为其在中国适龄儿童中的推广使用提供理论依据。【方法】通过对Child-OIDP英文版的翻译、回译、文化调适,制定出Child-OIDP的中文版。采用整群分层抽样方法随机抽取乌鲁木齐市在校学生354人,对其进行中文版儿童口腔日常生活影响指数的调查,同时作口腔检查。【结果】儿童日常生活影响的发生率为33.9%,对吃饭的影响率最高为23.3%。该量表的Cronbach＇s-α系数为0.55,所有条目删除后,Cronbach＇s-α系数均不增加。重测信度为0.721（P〈0.000 1）。量表的各个条目之间相关系数均为正值（0.04-0.40）。【结论】本研究显示Child-OIDP中文版具有良好的信度与效度,中文版适用于乌鲁木齐市10-12岁儿童。

【Objective】 To translate the English version of the Child Oral Impacts on Daily Performances index（Child-OIDP） into Chinese version and to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Chinese version Child-OIDP for using among 10～12 years children in Urumqi. 【Methods】 After translation,back translation and cultural adaptation,the Child-OIDP was tested on 354 10-year-old children in Urumqi.A clinical examination was conducted followed by the questionnaire.The children completed the Child-OIDP in face-to-face interviews. 【Results】 An oral impact on daily life was reported by 33.9% of the children in Urumqi.The mean Child-OIDP score was 2.16[SD 8.22].The internal reliability was confirmed with a Cronbach＇s alpha of 0.55.The retest procedure showed a satisfactory reproducibility,CCIs was 0.721（P〈0.000 1）.Construct validity was satisfactory as the Child-OIDP score increased when the children＇s perceived oral health decreased.All inter-item correlations were positive and no correlation was high enough for any item to be redundant. 【Conclusions】 This study shows that the Chinese version Child-OIDP is a valid and reliable index to be used among 10～12 years old school children in Urumqi.
