血管内皮细胞瞬时感受器电位阳离子通道研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 瞬时感受器阳离子通道(transient receptor potential,TRP)是一种跨膜蛋白质.被激活时允许包括钙离子在内的阳离子进行跨膜运输。TRP通道蛋白最初是作为视觉调节因子在果蝇中发现的,携带TRP基因突变的果蝇光感受器。对持续性光刺激产生了一个瞬时而非持续性的感受器电位。此通道蛋白因此被命名。与其他的钙通道如电压门控通道和配体门控通道参与相对特化的细胞功能不同,TRP家族的引入入胜之处在于其潜在的细胞功能的普遍性和多样性。
