宗教、音乐起源于人类历史之初,宗教活动中有意无意地运用了音乐这一直接作用于会众心灵及情感的因素宣传教义,营造氛围,增强宗教经验的体验,调整会众及信徒的心理。本文简述了,在宗教经历、生活中,宗教音乐作为一种载体对宗教体验及对受众的情感抚慰、心理调节、治疗,生命建造等很便捷的辅助功能,同时也标明音乐治疗的广泛的人文背景和基础。

Religion, music originated in the beginning of human history, the use of music that will play a direct role in the public mind and emotional factors in religious activities such as spreading doctrine, creating atmosphere, enhancing the religious experience, adjusting the psychological state of the congregation or believers. This paper states, in the religious experience of life, religious music as a carrier which is very convenient to comfort the audience＇emotion, adjust the psychological states, construct the personality, and it also shows us the extensive humanistic background of music therapy.
