摘要
分析了分层流水槽的受力,将水槽的三维刚架问题简化为平面刚架问题,利用卡氏定理求解了超静定问题,得到了刚架的挠曲线方程,并设计了满足刚度条件的水槽加强刚架的截面尺寸,为类似水槽的设计提供了理论算法。
The load of stratified flow tank was analyzed. The complicated 3D rigid frame was simplified into a 2D rigid frame. The redundant reaction was determined by Castigliano's theorem. The maximum deflection was derived by means of elastic curve. The sectional size of rigid frame was obtained by the deflection rule. This theoretical method can be used for the similar design of tank.
