分析了食品添加剂管理和监督工作的重要性,对如何做好该项工作提出了几点建议,食品添加剂监管工作的开展需采取避轻就重的原则,且应在监管过程中充分考虑食品添加剂专业性较强的特点。
The significance of the management and supervision of food additive is analyzed. Some suggestions about the management and supervision are given. The principle of avoiding the nonsignificant problems and paying attention to the significant ones should be adopted in the management and supervision, and the speciality of food additive should also be considered.
