出境归国人员传染病监测电子监管方式的研究

Study on the Electronic Management Mode of the Supervision and Control of the Infectious Diseases among the Returning People from Abroad

出境归国人员的传染病监测电子监管系统利用INTERNET技术,以TCP/IP协议为基础,采用多层分布式开发模式,以应用服务器为核心,与本地的应用程序相结合,以FTP协议实现对数据的适时交换,构成统一方便的信息交换平台。创建该网络化监管系统,能有效地提高传染病监测工作效率,促进工作的规范化、程序化,同时具备监控追踪功能,做好传染病监测后续管理工作。

Electronic management system of the supervision and control of infectious disease adopted internet technology based on the TCP/IP Protocol,then used the distributed-multiplayer mode and connected the web server （as the core part） with the local application, exchanged the timing date through FTP Protocol to construct one united and convenient data-exchanging-flat, which could not only improve efficiency and promote the standardization and procedure of our work, but also supervise and trace related imformation and deal with the subsequent supervision and control of the infectious disease.
