摘要
目的了解南县人民医院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及其给患者造成的危害。方法对南县人民医院2005～2007年265例ADR报告进行分类统计分析。结果引起ADR的药物共有10类48个品种,其中抗微生物药居首位,其次为消化系统用药和心脑血管用药。合并用药占80例(30.19%),单一用药185例(69.81%);以静脉用药途径为主。主要的ADR类型为过敏反应,其次是消化系统损害、皮肤及附件损害等。结论应加强不易观察和慢性ADR的监测。
Objective Know about the instance of adverse drug reaction （ADR） and the influence to suffers at Nanxian People＇s Hospital. Method Carried out classified analysis and statistics to 265 cases of ADR at Nanxian People＇s Hospital during 2005-2007. Result There were 48 breeds of 10 kinds drugs causing ADR. The drugs of anti-microbe were the most, then the drugs used in digestive system and cardio-cerebrovascular disease. 80 cases were caused by multiple drugs and 185 cases by single drugs. The main way of drugs using was vein injection and the most of ADR cases were anaphylactoid, then was the damage of digestive system, skill and other part of body. Conclusion It was neccerssary to strengthen abnormal abservation and the surveillance of ADR.
