摘要
本文依托浙江省交通工程施工基本特点,调查分析交通工程施工安全生产事故产生的原因与特征,研究构建了以地方法律、保险业辅助安全管理、信息化监管以及安全风险评价为主要内容的交通工程施工安全监管措施。
