温州市农村公路安全保障工程现状分析及对策建议

Present Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Suggestion of the Wenzhou Countryside Highway Safety Safeguard Project

本文针对温州市农村公路安全保障工程现状进行分析,发现存在需要实施项目多,建设资金筹措难,工程设计标准低,技术支持不适应,养护管理不及时,宣传力度不到位和人为隐患不处置等问题。为此,提出规范设计,制定标准,加强管理养护,争取建设资金,加大宣传力度和加强领导以及奖惩分明等对策建议。

This article carries on the analysis in view of the Wenzhou countryside highway safety safeguard project＇s present situation, it showed that a lot of projects need to be setup, the construction funds collect difficultly, the engineering design standard is low, the technical support does not adapt, maintenance and the management not to be prompt, propaganda does not arrive and the artificial hidden danger is not handled and so on questions. Therefore, proposes the standard design, the formulation standard, strengthens the management and the maintenance, strives for the construction funds, increases the propaganda dynamics and strengthens the leadership as well as the rewards and punishment distinct and so on countermeasure suggestions.
