介绍了美国新版《护士伦理守则》的九项条款,进而对于每一条款所包含的重要的理论或概念进行了阐释。在美国,落实《护士伦理守则》的基本策略,是将条款中的这些概念系统化地贯穿于护理教育、行政管理、医疗机构规章制度、国家政策法规、医疗机构及其护理人员资格认证标准以及护理服务品质评价标准等各个层面。通过鱼骨图"护士伦理守则落实的系统化网络",介绍了落实美国护士伦理守则的系统化机制。
This article introduced nine items in the updated American Code of Nurse Ethics and then illustrated the important theories and concepts covered in each item. In the USA, the basic strategy for practicing the Code of Nurse Ethics is to utilize the systematized concepts included in these items throughout nursing education, policy administration,rules and regulations of health care organizations, national policies and laws, certificate standard of health care organization and nursing staff, and evaluation standard of nursing care quality, etc. The systematized mechanics of practicing the Code of Nurse Ethics was stated through the fishbone map of the Code of Nurse Ethic systemized practice network.
