目的:使消毒供应中心的管理科学化、标准化及规范化。依据流程管理理论对消毒供应中心的工作程序进行流程规范、优化和再造,以临床需求为导向,加强过程管理和持续质量改进。结果:消毒供应中心护理质量及临床科室对消毒供应中心的工作满意度,与实施流程再造及管理前对比,差异有统计学意义。结论:消毒供应中心引进流程管理理论,完善了管理方法,提高了管理水平,促进了护理质量的提高。

Objective： To make the management of the supply room scientifically, standardized and normalized. Methods： The procedure of the supply room was normalize, optimized and reconstructed by using procedure management theory. The management of procedure was strengthened and the quality was continuously improved according to the clinical demand. Results： The nursing quality improved and the satisfaction of clinical units was increased after the procedure reconstruction. Conclusion： The applying of procedure management theory perfected the management method, increased the management level and improved the nursing quality.
