摘要
目的:探讨护士超时工作频次对疲劳感的影响。方法:采用描述性相关性研究的设计方法,采用疲劳量表随机调查广东省9家三级甲等医院的1875名护士。结果:不同超时工作情况的护士在总体疲劳感方面均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。随着个体超时工作频次的增加,个体的疲劳总体水平呈上升趋势,且超时工作主要影响躯体疲劳,对脑力疲劳影响不大。结论:提示通过控制护士超时工作情况,有助于缓解护理人员的疲劳水平,促进身心健康。
Objective: This study aimed to explore the effect of extended work frequency on the nurses' fatigue. Method: 1875 nurses in the nine Grade 3 Class A hospitals in Guangdong Province completed the Fatigue Scale-14. Results: Nurses having more extended work frequency had higher fatigue level, which showed a statistic and significant difference (P〈0.05). The extended work mainly induced the physical fatigue and had tittle effect on mental fatigue. Conclusion: It is suggested that the extended work of nurses should be controlled so as to decrease the fatigue level of the nurses.
