为保证夜班护士具有独立值班的能力和提高护理服务安全,该院43名护士实施护士执业二级准入制度—夜班护士准入制度。夜班护士准入制度的实施强化了依法执业,确保了护士具有夜班岗位需要的专业技术,保障夜班护理工作的质量、安全,有利于防范医疗纠纷。

Objective： To guarantee the night-shift nurses＇ ability to work independently and improve the safety of nursing services. Methods： 43 nurses in our hospital were recruited into the secondary nurse practitioners access system- the Night-shift Nurses Permission System. Results： The independent ability of night-shift nurses was enhanced. There were no complaints and nursing mistakes in the night-shift work. The quality and the safety of nursing work were increased. Conclusion： The enforcement of the Night-shift Nurses Permission System could strengthen law practice, ensure the nurses to achieve the professional technique needed during the night-shift work. guarantee the safety and quality of nursing work and prevent the medical dispute.
