摘要 提出自有知识与行业咨询相结合探索流程穿越的方法,建立一个基于流程自动跟踪的、用户智能向导的、信息统一发布的专家平台,解决当前运营商的知识管理问题,给出基于流程日志挖据的专家平台的系统框架与模块构成,并讨论智能向导、流程日志挖掘与流程分析的主要功能与设计思想。 This paper presents a process through exploration method that bases on combination of own knowledge and industry consultation, and establishes an process automatic tracking, intelligent user wizard, and information unified publishing experts platform to resolve the main problems existed in the knowledge management for operators. It provides the architecture and modules of the processes log mining based on experts platform, and focuses on the main functions and design of intelligent wizard, processes log mining, and processes analysis.
