巴基斯坦恰希玛核电站C2工程循环水管道的焊接优化施工

摘要 本文介绍了恰希玛核电站C2项目循环水管道的焊接工艺,优化管口、加强肋焊缝的布置,并对焊接工艺及验收标准进行优化,改进焊接坡口和焊接方法,优化工艺的运行,减小了焊接材料及相关辅助材料的浪费,省去了管道在车间制作时的碳弧气刨工序,减小了人工的投入,有力的保证了焊接施工质量及工期。 The paper introduce us the Welding procedure of Circulating Cooling Water Steel Piping to ChasNUPP-2 project, which show us how to make an improvement to the welding procedure, welding groove. welding process and mayor welding joints arrangement as well as reinforcement ring and the fillet weld of exterior wall for the pipes. That the optimization to the welding construction and the acceptance standards to the pipes can decrease the lost of welding material and other supplementary material.can diminish the carbon grooving process, and diminish the manual input. This can ensure the welding quality as well as the time limit for the project.
