承压特种设备无损检测中的误区

针对承压特种设备无损检测中存在的一些误区,严重影响检验结论的准确性。本文通过无损检测和光谱检验中的典型案例,从检测理论、焊接结构及设备安全等方面,深入分析承压特种设备无损检测中存在的误区,并提出改进措施。

There exist some errors that seriously affected the accuracy of the test results in the test of confined special equipment. In this paper, the errors in the test of the confined special equipment were deeply analyzed through the typical cases of nondestructive testing（NDT） and spectrum inspection. The improved methods were proposed on the aspect of the detection theory and weld structure and equipment safety.
