摘要
在用设备和大口径管道磁粉检测时,受检表面的粗糙度对磁粉检测的结果有较大影响,针对实际检测中常用的磁轭法检测,采用"正交试验法"的理论和方法做了大量的试验。从中选择不同的表面粗糙度,采用不同的磁化电流,编制最佳组合的检测工艺。
The inspection of pressure vessels and pipes usually uses the magnetic particle examination,But the surface roughness of the equipment could influence the result. So that we made many experiments about the influence of surface roughness in magnet yoke technique. Through the Orthogonal experimental method, we found the influence of magnetizing current and surface roughness, The results could be used to formulate the test technique.
