转变发展方式 实现经济社会协调发展

Change the Way of Economic Development and Realize Economic and Social Development

党的十七大报告指出,实现国民经济又好又快的发展,关键要在转变经济发展方式方面取得重大进展。为了深刻理解这一论断,本文首先阐述了转变经济发展方式理论更具科学性;其次分析了转变经济发展方式的现实紧迫性;最后提出从发展观念、发展道路、产业结构调整、节能减排、自主创新、体制创新六个方面来实现经济发展方式的转变。

The 17th Natioonal Congress of the CPC report has pointed out that we must change the way of economic development to realize our national economic development well and quickly. To understand this theory, this article has pointed out that the theory is scientific and then analysed the importance of changing the method of economic development. At last, it has advanced that we can achieve the transformation of development of the economy in six aspects：adjusting the developing concept and ways, readjusting industrial structure;saving energy and reducing discharge ; strangthening self-innovation and system innovation.
