商洛业余体校训练现状调查

A Survey on Training Situations in Shangluo Amateur Physical Education Schools

以商洛市6县1区的业余体校为研究对象。运用数理统计、文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、观察等研究方法,对商洛市业余体校训练现状进行了调查研究,结果显示:商洛市区县体校教练员队伍不健全,学历偏低,科研水平较低;训练项目单一,以突击、季候性训练为主。体育设施严重不足,训练经费匮乏,生源萎缩。同时强调:相关领导要转变观念,重视青少年业余体育训练工作,在财力、物力、行政编制上给予支持。各校要加强教练员队伍建设,完善体育训练设施,提倡体校教练进入中小学从事体育训练工作,形成体校结合的长效机制。

Amateur schools in one district and six counties in Shangluo are the subject of the survey. With the application of methods like mathematics statistics, literature data, questionnaire, review, observation, a survey on training situations in Shangluo amateur physical education schools is done. It is found that the coaching force in district and counties in Shangluo is incomplete, with low academic diploma and scientific research competence, and few training subjects, concentrating on short-time and seasoning training. Training facilities are seriously insufficient and training money is inadequate, together with withering recruit. Therefore it is necessary for related leaders to change their concept, pay attention to the amateur training, and support in finance, material, and staff force. Schools should strengthen the building of the coaching force, and the training facilities, advocating coaches to work in primary and middle schools to ensure the mechanism of combining the two kinds of schools.
