摘要
大众化教育阶段受教育者多元化的需求,决定了我国的高等教育要树立科学发展观、走可持续发展之路。作为学校办学活动主体的教师,教学水平对教育质量具有很大的影响。但是,教师评价体系存在一定程度的不适应。因此,主动适应高等教育大众化要求,坚持科学发展质量观、构建多元化的高校教师教学评价指标体系,才能从根本上提高教学质量。
Due to the educators' diversified need, the popularizing education stage decides that our country's higher education should set up a scientific outlook on development and walk on the road of can-keep-development. The teaching level of the teachers who are the main body of schools' operating activities has great influence on education quality. Currently, there exists a certain degree of inadaptability in the teachers' evaluating system. Therefore, only by active adaptation to the popularizing request of the higher education, insisting a scientific development and quality view and setting up a diversified teaching evaluation index sign system of high school teachers can we raise teaching quality by the root
