摘要
随着遥感图像在各个领域的广泛应用,对在轨遥感卫星的图像数据获取需求逐渐增多,如何快速合理的制定遥感卫星的图像获取计划,以满足众多用户的需求,开始成为遥感卫星业务运控管理研究的重点。本文在调研了国内外遥感卫星计划管理系统的基础上,设计了一套适用于遥感卫星的基于模拟退火算法的综合计划管理系统,并重点对该计划管理系统的核心模块-计划制定模块的设计、实现和测试结果进行了介绍。
As remote sensing image is widely used in many application domains, the image acquisition requirement of remote sensing satellite increased more and more. Planning and scheduling for the satellite observing activity is becoming an important research area in remote sensing satellite operations. After study the existing planning and scheduling system at home and abroad, a synthesis plan- ning management system is development based on simulated annealing algorithm. This paper introduced the system and the emphasis is placed on the design and implementation of planning module which is the essential feature of the system.
