管控一体化的油库控制系统的应用与研究

Research and Application of tank farm control system Based on Integration of management and control

本文针对中小型油库发油控制系统中存在的问题,结合了计算机控制技术、组态技术及管理技术,设计了以PLC为控制核心的管控一体化的发油控制系统。该系统采用上下位机控制模式,上位机采用通用PC机+组态软件,下位机采用XTL-5000发油控制器,充分发挥各自优势,实现油库发油作业的完整监控工作。

This paper analyses the existing problems of oil delivery system in the tank farm. Combining with technology of PLC, configuration and management technique, it developer the oil delivery system of medium and small-sized tank farm based on Integration of management and control. The system adopts superior [＇inferior control mode. The superior control system adopts common PC ＆ configuration software and the inferior control system adopts Siemens XTL-5000 PLC. Superior computer and inferior controller play their own advantages thoroughly, which has achieves the whole monitor and control process of the oil delivery operation in tank farm.
