摘要
在复合材料成型过程中,经常会出现各种缺陷,如裂纹、掺杂、气泡等,这些缺陷对复合材料的性能影响很大。经常利用X射线对复合材料进行内部缺陷检测,而构件中趋势项的存在,降低图像的对比度,影响材料内部缺陷检测的效果,因而非常有必要将其去除。本文分析了趋势项产生的原因以及对检测的影响,研究了最小二乘拟合趋势项的方法,提出了基于误差统计分析的方法来选择拟合阶数。实验证明了该方法的有效性以及可行性。
In the process of composite materials manufacturing, there will be some flaws such as cracks, adulterations, bubbles and so on, which have great influence on the performance of materials. We often use the X-ray to detect the composite materials for inter- nal flaws, but the exist of trends of X-ray images, which reduce the contrast of images and affect to identify the internal flaws of materials, so it is necessary to remove the trends. Based on the above factors, we analyze the reasons and influence of the trends, and research the method of least-square principle in fitting of the trends, Then the method of selecting the fitting order based on the statistical analysis of error is put forward in this paper. The experimental results show that this method is validity and feasibility.
