As a distinguished educator in ancient China, Confucius exerted, important and profound impact upon the development of Chinese educational theories and practice. By the study of the relationship between teachers and students in Confucius＇educational practice based on the narration of the three aspeets： equality,being both a teacher and a friend of the students,and learning from each other between teachers, and students,we can promgte the construction of the harmonious relationship between teachers and-Students in th.e new-period ,and construct the harmonious relationship between teachers and students from the people -oriented aspect as well as teacher modeled aspeer.
