摘要
目的提高珍珠层粉胶囊的质量标准。方法对珍珠层粉采用显微鉴别及TLC鉴别,对含氮量采用氮测定法。结果定性定量方法准确,专属性强,重现性好。结论提高后的质量标准可更有效地控制产品质量。
Objective To improve the quality standards for Pearl Layer Powder Capsules. Methods Pearl Layer Powder was identified by microscopical identification and TLC. Kjeldhl method was adopted for mirtogen determination. Results The identificetion and assay methods were accurate, exclsive with good reproducibility. Conclusion The improved quality standards can control this product effectively
