氯化钾缓释片制备时致孔剂的选择 被引量:1

摘要 目的选择合适的致孔剂制备氯化钾缓释片。方法以Eudragit NE 30D为缓释包衣材料制备氯化钾缓释片,比较了不同致孔剂及用量对其释药速率的影响。结果氯化钾缓释片的释放速率随致孔剂用量的增加而加快;采用氯化钾作为致孔剂,当其用量为聚合物质量的2%时,氯化钾释药行为良好。结论不同致孔剂及用量可产生不同的缓释效果,选择合适的致孔剂及其用量对氯化钾释药速率十分重要。 Objective To choose the right porogen for preparing Potassium Chloride Sustained Release Tablets. Methods Eudragit NE30D was used as the release coating material tor Potassium Chloride Sustained Release Tablets. The effects of different agents and amounts of porogen on the release rate were compared. Results The release rate of Potassium Chloride Sustained Release Tablets was accelerated with the increase of porogen amount. When the amount of potassium chloride as porogen reached 2% of the polymer weight, potassium chloride released better. Conclusion The different porogens and their amounts can cause different release results. Selecting proper porogen and its amount is very important for the release rate of potassium chloride.
