Thought of People's Livelihood in Economic Legislation of Song Dynasty

通过对宋代经济立法及北宋经济变革的考量,从宋代经济立法中各种制度的"民生"规定,以及北宋主要变革家的经济法律思想中的"民生"思想两个方面,论述宋代经济立法中的"民生"思想,认为宋代立法中的民生思想,有其进步性,是我们民族智慧的体现,我们今天则更应该以民生作为立法执法的基础,通过社会的综合调整,形成真正的民生观念。

The thought of people＇ s livelihood in economic legislation of Song Dynasty is discussed, from the stipulation of people＇s livelihood in economic legislation of Song Dynasty and the thought of people＇s livelihood in the main reformers＇ thought of economics and law in Northern Song Dynasty. It is proposed that, the thought of people＇ s livelihood in the legislation of Song Dynasty is progressive, which is the manifestation of national wisdom; people＇ s livelihood should be taken as the foundation of legislation and law enforcement; the concept of people＇ s livelihood could be formed through the overall adjustment of society.
