Construction of Workers' Culture

基于对沈阳市产业工人调查问卷的分析,探讨工人文化问题。认为:工人文化是存在的,是社会文化的组成部分;当代中国工人文化的内涵是,当代中国产业工人群体所共有的包括努力提高劳动技能等在内的自立、自强和自我维权的基本信念,价值标准和行为规范;当代中国工人迫切需要提高地位,提高技能和维护权力。

The problem of workers＇ culture is discussed on the basis of the analysis of the questionnaire on Shenyang industrial workers. It is considered that, the workers＇ culture is existed and is a part of social culture. The connotation of contemporary Chinese workers＇ culture is put forward, which is the basic belief, value standard and behavior criterion that the worker community has in common. The contemporary Chinese workers need to improve the status, to enhance the skill and maintain the rights.
