摘要
本文试图分析这场地震灾害救助的特点和不足,寻求提高救灾水平的良策,希望今后在灾害救助的实施过程中能有效减少受灾民众的困苦,使我国的灾害救助水平有更大的提高。
The paper attempts to analyze the characteristics and deficiency of the rescue after the earthquake disaster with a view to upgrading the level of disaster relief. It is hoped that the hardship of the people affected is to be reduced effectively in the implementation of disaster relief in the future.
