The paper discusses the highlights of the great changes which have taken places in market concept, the sense of competition, innovative spirit, team cooperation, management ideas and strategic thought in WISCO during the past 30 years＇ reform and opening-up, and explores the ideological drive of tremendous changes in WISCO.
